Professional, communicative but overpromissed a tad

Remained professional, was quick to communicate, but probably oversold himself a little. He did work hard to get us what we wanted but there were several times where he convinced us it would work out one way in the process and it didn't. My advice would be to trust your own gut, make your own decisions and don't easily follow the lead and advice of agents. It's your butt that's on the line in the end.
