I first contacted Scott Deaves at the request of my Father, who had not specifically requested him personally, just someone from the agency. Scott met me at a mutually convenient time and came prepared with relevant sales in the area as a guide to help price my parent's home. He explained the process, legal requirements and made some very worthwhile suggestions to help us improve the appearance of the home to help achieve the best possible price. Within days of going online, there were over 20 groups that had seen the property and multiple offers submitted. The successful offer was well over the expected sale price. Scott followed up with me regularly throughout the sale process, went as far as watering plants, hiring lawn mowers etc to keep the property as well maintained as possible for the new owner.
