Honest, Efficient and an Overall Great Guy!

We've been looking to purchase a house literally for years. It was never the right time, or we were 'outbid'. When we saw this property, we reached out to Mark. He responded almost immediately, and had arranged a private inspection within hours. During the inspection, Mark was candid and whilst ensuring the best interests of the seller, was also honest regarding price expectations. Because of his honesty and willingness to find a compromise in price that benefitted both us and the Vendors, we went slightly above budget, and are so glad we did.
