Great communication and fantastic support

I’ve had a great experience with Image Property West End and my property manager has been consistently on the ball throughout the entire process and lovely to be in communication with. Support has been excellent, with regular updates, prompt responses and clear advice whenever needed. The level of service, organisation and attention to detail has made managing the property feel very straightforward giving me confidence that it is well looked after. Excellent Property Manager!!

Claire has been my property manager for a few months now after taking over from Dante. So far my experience with her has been exceptional! I've had a few maintenace issues which Claire has promptly sorted out. More importantly, I've had a change of tenant. Claire managed this very well. Her communication was great and she was able to secure a new quality tenant very quickly! I've been using image property for years and I've been through several property managers and they've all been brilliant and professional and Claire is no exception. I highly recommend her and Image Property!
