About Ian

This ongoing journey of learning and growth not only keeps Ian highly engaged but also enables him to leverage his interpersonal skills to build relationships with both tenants and landlords. Content tenants are more likely to care for the property and commit to long-term leases, ultimately leading to decreased vacancy rates and increased revenue." As for tenants, Ian's top tip is to "treat the property as if it were your own home." Beyond his professional pursuits, Ian leads a well-balanced life. He enjoys hitting the tennis court or playing a round of golf. When not engaged in these activities, you'll find him at the beach with his furry companion, Mandoo!
