Apartment leased following early departure of tenants.

The advertising and inspections was handled professionally with quick results. I feel that quarterly inspections should be more comprehensive as after the original tenants moved out we had to destroy all bedding material as it appears that it had not been washed during their 3 year tenancy. Also there was unreported damage to a vertical blind which could have been easily fixed if reported at the time but now will require the replacement of the entire set. We also only received a copy of the lease after the tenants had already moved into the apartment which made any amendments near impossible.
