I was disappointed again and again by my property manager, and the seeming inability to track quarterly bills, outstanding maintenance, and previous correspondence. I was required to foot the bill for mould cleaning, a new cooktop and wall repairs (all very obvious tenant damage and negligence as the manager claimed), all because the manager did not submit a bond dispute in any manner, and simply offered ‘oh if we took it to claims it would cost you and you might not get it’. Openly admitted they missed the timeline for submission and offered no apology or reparation. Communication is consistently unclear, the manager does not seem to know what is happening ever, and can seemingly only answer one point per email and ignores second questions. My new tenant has been clearly disadvantaged and ignored, with maintenance I have approved immediately taking months to be implemented for no clear reason. I have left this company, for the take of my tenants and my own finances. At the very least, the manager has been polite via phone and email.
