Incredibly kind and efficient!

Claire is just lovely, nothing has been too much trouble for her in any respect. Claire is also very efficient, her response times with communication, rent receipts etc is above expectation. As a tenant, it feels like Claire actually cares about not only your tenancy, but you as a person which is really comforting given how volatile the rental market is and difficult for tenants, so having that support makes an incredible difference.
