Communication issues re. damaged glass panel at the unit.

A glass wall panel at my unit in Brisbane's "Valley House" recently cracked & I asked William to find out whether I am liable for costs or the OC of the building before going ahead with repairs. To date we're still going back and forth, and just now I emailed asking for clarity about liability.
