The era of the modern agent with an eye of style and staging is here and Roger is leading the pack!

What a journey we have been on.... we have had the great pleasure of knowing and working with Roger for the last 6 months... and that’s not because our house sat on the market for long - it’s because we engaged Roger early - before we were ready to sell, to get his professional opinion of the renovations we had planned. Roger came very highly recommended to us from a trusted contact in the industry Roger took the time to listen to our ideas and kept in weekly contact with us in the months leading up to our sale. He would check in and see how our renovations where going and continue to motivate us and remind us of the end goal. We had decided before selling which real estate photographer we wanted to use. Roger hadn’t personally worked with him before but was 100% on board and open to it. Initially we couldn’t see the value in a videographer for our campaign. Roger took the time to explain the benefits and convinced us otherwise - and we are so glad he did! Roger was (as always) 100% on the money! The one thing about Roger is he NEVER promised us the world or gave us a false sense of where we would end up. He was always 100% real and gave us real feedback from prospective buyers even when it was hard to hear. Roger delivered multiple offers 48 hours after first open, walked prospective buyers up over $50k from original offer and then after 14 days on the market (days before Christmas) our house was under contract for the price we wanted! There were some hurdles thrown up prior to our contract going unconditional but Roger managed to navigate us (and the buyers) through the bumps with our best interests front of mind at all times, where other agents may have let the contract crash. Roger is nothing but personable and professional, we are so thankful he was referred to us .
