Stress free process, exceptional outcome

I consulted multiple agents when I started to think about selling my house. One thing that came as a surprise was that selling a house was no less daunting process than buying one. I decided to go with Shaun because of his experience and because he suggested a very simple and logical process. Other agents suggested a lot of things that a I needed to do to make the property presentable or sellable and to be honest most of it sounded like an expensive overdo. On top of that those suggested processes were much lengthier and sounded needlessly intricate.
