Exceptionally fast result

I couldn't rate Paul Corazza highly enough. Within a day of my property being listed he had a buyer. His marketing strategy for the property was perfect and he utilised his networks to find potential buyers before an open home was even held. Listing to exchange took literally a couple of months. He also had access to good trades to do repairs and improvements at a lower cost than anyone else could offer, and managed it all himself which took a lot of the burden away from me.
