Easy simple and transparent

I never thought I’d purchase a property at 22 years old, I was in no rush and never thought the ‘right one’ would ever come along. The property I purchased I knew after seeing it and speaking to Joshua I would regret it if I let the opportunity pass. Since I wasn’t expecting to buy anything Joshua made the process so simple for me and less nerve racking then I thought it would be. He took the stress and hassle out of everything by not only explaining everything in a clear structured way but also answering my 4 million questions which really eased my nerves about the whole process. He is not only super professional and kind but he has always been transparent with me, he responds quite quickly as well which I loved but he was also nothing short of supportive making sure everything went smoothly for me. Couldn’t of asked for a better agent, I’m very happy with my decision to purchase this property :)
