Expansive Townhouse Living in the Beloved 'Sanctuary' Complex

Set within the renowned 'Sanctuary' development, this generously scaled single-level townhouse presents a rare lifestyle opportunity in one of Lyneham's most private and well-maintained complexes. Excellent service in every aspect

Thanks to Johnathan, we managed to buy a new home and sell our existing home in less than 7 weeks! We met Jonathan at a home sale viewing at the beginning of our two year down-sizing project. It was the first home we inspected and it satisfied all our needs. But we were not in a position to buy. We asked Jonathan if the seller would consider a lengthy settlement. He immediately contacted the seller and was able to negotiate a three month's settlement. Jonathan then visited our home, advised us on some minor maintenance issues that were needed before we put our home on the market and indicated what he saw as the market value, with which we agreed. Johnathan than arranged for his team of tradies, who were highly efficient and competent to take on the work and within a little over a week we were ready for the building inspection and the marketing photographs. In the meantime, Johnathan was pushing the solicitors to hurry up the exchange of contracts for the purchase of our new home. At all times Johnathan kept us fully informed of all the buying and selling processes. With the purchase of our new home locked in the challenge for Johnathan was to sell our home for the agreed price and within the settlement time frame for the purchase. We discussed auction versus sale and decided on auction. Johnathon and his team then provided advice on how to present our home for inspection. Johnathon phoned us immediately after each viewing to inform us how things went, including a couple of offers to buy prior to auction which were higher than the estimated value. Johnathan’s advice was to continue with the auction due to the degree of interest. At the end of the second week a further offer was received which we were happy to accept, especially negating the need for the auction. Johnathan negotiated a further increase as well as an agreement to an immediate exchange of contracts. Ultimately the contracts for both properties were exchanged, all inside 7 weeks.
