A True Professional

Jonathon had previously sold my mother's home some 10 years ago. I recently asked him to sell my own personal residence given my experience with the previous sale. Once I listed the property with Jonathon, he took control of the process. Pest and Building Inspections were arranged, styling agent selected and booked, and market package agreed. The real value in selecting Jonathon was his ability to build relationships with prospective buyers. He is able to build trust and gain confidence. His openness with them and myself, as the Vendor, meant that there were no surprises, everything was on the table. For me, I felt I was always in control of my home being sold as all decisions were discussed. Jonathon will follow the process, knowing that by doing this he will ensure the best value is obtained for your property in the current market. I think this is what you should expect and want from someone selling your home.
