James Frendo has exceptional market insight, a brilliant communicator and strong negotiating skills

This is my second time working with James. This should speak volumes that I am a return customer, purely because James delivered outstanding service the first time, and literally exceeded my expectations the second time around, over and beyond what you would expect from any agent. I first asked James to start the process to give notice to the tenant to vacate my unit so it could be renovated prior to selling. My tenant refused to leave, so James endured and persevered 9 long months and personally attended 4 tribunal hearings to have my tenant vacate the unit. If that ordeal wasn’t enough for James to run away, he then agreed to project manage the renovations of the unit from arranging quotes through to ensuring the renovations were of an acceptable standard, whilst I was oversea for a month. I not only returned to have a beautifully renovated unit, James sold my unit off market and achieved a record price for the unit complex.
