Disappointing experience

Disappointed in my experience with Brendon. I chose him based on his initial keenness to take on the work and his good reviews which mentioned many awards he'd won. He sounded great at the start, until I signed on with him and everything went downhill from there. Suddenly he went quiet requiring me to follow him up and he made mistakes in the listing. He wanted to sell the property for much lower than recent sales evidence pointed to, requiring me to do my own research to ensure I got a fair price (the price I wanted was the price I got in the end but it required me to push for it). He arranged a home open and didn't bother to tell me (I don't even know who represented them at the home open), before going overseas for 10 days which he also didn't bother to tell me about when I signed on with him about a week earlier. So the agent I got was not the agent I thought I was getting. Once you sign on with them, they do as they like and no longer care. I never heard from Brendon again after he went on leave which I find to be terrible customer service! Once the sale occurred there were errors in docs, some of which I had to point out. I do not recommend Brendon or Inhabit Property, do yourselves a favour and find a better agent.
