Bruce has excellent knowledge of the industry market place and local knowledge is great.

The partnership with Bruce to sell our property was satisfying as it was based to some extent on an already existing business relationship with him and his knowledge of our property. Prior to the sale intent and in the past, Bruce was engaged to value the property. He proved to have had an in-depth knowledge of the locality and market place. The property also had a niche market for high profile clients so in all it proved most advantageous to sell with the current market condition being favourable as the sellers market. Bruce assist and facilitate the due process for the total sale with the engagement of a legal rep who under took its completion. Though, minor issues arose; they were finally resolved satisfactorily. The only challenge left is on the capital gain withholding payment which will be resolved in due time with the ATO. Overal, was most appreciative of Bruce for his understanding, facilitation and efforts in the sales coordination and completion. It is said that experience will teach one and my case has certainly done that in giving me invaluable knowledge and experience of the real estate industry in Brisbane of Australia. Thank you Bruce for all your patience and help to accomplish this task and challenge of life to me and my family including my two children and respective families who had been impacted by the need to vacate to secure alternate accommodation, your professional approach cushion all for a smooth and perfect transition throughout the duration.
