If you want the best, genuine, honest, caring, knowledgeable, positive And proactive agent that does all his own work : from listing, to open homes, phones calls and follow up - have Bruce sell your home. There are many cowboys/cowgirls in this industry - especially coronis, watt and harcourts in the area : promising false actions and even sending letters out to property owners who have listed with other agents (trying to make you question your decision for going with your current choice of agent) Don’t be fouled by social media, videos, over priced marketing and other costs - when a agent cannot back it up with there actual work ethic.
