Like winning gold lotto!!

I just can’t thank John Steeghs enough for his expertise & advice in pulling the sale together. John spoke to me early/Mid Feb asking if i was still interested in selling my property in Toowoomba. I had looked at selling 12 months earlier but market was flat & Tax reasons I didn’t have to sell. We put a plan in place and it all happened so quickly. We went to market on the Thursday, had 8 inspections on the Saturday and a contract in hand the following Tuesday(5 Days later)to settle on the 30th March. I purchased the property in April 2020 and had the property for just under 6 years and been one of the best investments I have purchased & flipped. I trade realestate quite regularly, capitalising on the market as it trends up. The property had a tenant in place the whole time with the tenant staying on with the new owner. Inside Property has managed the investment since I purchase it in April 2020. I just can’t say thank you enough to John and the Team at Inside Property for advice, management & caretaking of my investment. I would certainly be using their services and advice again one day.
