Buy & Sell Arrangement - Purchase 6 Worthy St. Leongatha & Sell 1 Cassinia St.Inverloch Sept/Oct '21

In my opinion the Rating Scale doesn't do Leo justice; "outstanding" needing to be added to describe Leo as a Real Estate Agent. The saying that "he's like a dog with its bone" describes the man to a "T". The amount of time and energy Leo devoted to our sale was incredible. The man is absolutely turned on as far as real estate knowledge and marketing strategies go. Leo is a consummate professional making one feel very confident in his devised strategy plan. His presentation of our residence and its surrounds allowed interested buyers to find out the answers to all of their questions in one virtual tour. We would be hard-pressed to find a more capable, thorough and friendly agent. Purchase of 6 Worthy St. Leongatha and sale of 1 Cassinia St. Inverloch - Sept/Oct 2021

We found our buying/selling agent, Christine Thorne, to be one out of the box in giving our combined purchase and sale her undivided attention whilst we were negotiating the deal for both, making us fully aware of the process, as well as giving us the comfort of knowing that we had someone on side at all times. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble at any time we had questions and Christine's reporting to/from our solicitors/conveyancers and in providing us with feedback was indeed highly commendable.
