A positive and relieving encounter.

Mitch initiated the sale event by advising owners that the market in the target area was on the improve. We accepted his offer to get the ball rolling on a sale that turned out to be more financially viable and beneficial than we had expected, given the recent 'flat' history in that area. Mitch responded quickly to offers of interest from potential buyers once the property was listed, and was able to promptly land the fish with the deepest pockets, which we were very happy about. The only negative about the whole experience was nothing to do with Mitch - the Queensland property sale regulatory requirements that were passed onto us by the conveyancing company were unwieldy and time-consuming to say the least. Enough to put most of us 'Southerners' off from buying in Qld a second time. You have way too many hoops up there!
