Honesty and Integrity

When making the important decision to sell our property at Mount Irvine we approached IRIS because of their expertise in the area and their obvious success in making sales. At our meeting with Martin Schoeddert and his wife Jeanette at our home we were impressed by the depth of understanding from them that was involved in making the move not only to a new place but a new country. There was a feeling of mutual respect from the beginning. When deciding strategy and opening times the advise was logical and we were on the same page. Over the several weeks before the property was sold we were kept constantly informed of progress and buyer responses. Our relationship with Martin and Jeanette was always conducted with honesty and integrity to the point where it could also be named a friendship. In what could have been a traumatic time for us, our dealings with IRIS were always a pleasure. Sincerely, Ray & Kathy Harrington.
