Professional with local knowledge

Can’t recommend Christine highly enough. I’ve never sold a house before and relied heavily on her knowledge and advice. She talked me out of “wasting my money” with upgrades I thought would be needed. Instead we sold the house “As Is” highlighting its potential. We managed to sell off the market and for higher than I expected. Just a quick story of her dedication and caring. On one of the days we were having people though, I text Christine in the morning and said my dog had thrown up twice this morning and to warn the potential buyers. Christine rang me 1/2 an hour before the scheduled viewing time to let me know she went there early incase she had to clean up a mess and luckily it was all good.
