Sam’s knowledge and work to understand the market around the area was wonderful. He presented us with a great presentation and was very considerate with my parents, knowing their issues and being sensitive to those issues. He gave us a lot of notice when showing the home to prospective buyers and kept us informed along the way. We were lucky to get a few offers above our asking price, and he outlined these carefully without bias , and left the decision to me. Then negotiated well after inspections took place.
