Limited realestate knowledge

Our experience with this agent was challenging. Communication was poor at times, including being disconnected on multiple occasions when trying to organise the pre-purchase inspection. We felt pressured to go unconditional earlier than expected despite the contract allowing time, and suggestions that conflicted with the contract were concerning. Inspections were difficult to organise, key collection required unnecessary travel, and the agent showed limited knowledge of the property and local area.
