Sale of block owned on Russell Island by Bill Wagner and Brendon Smith.

Karen contacted us out of the blue when no progress had been made with the listing and sale of the block. She told us what we could expect for the block.(higher than our expectations.) Phone and text conversations were frequent and photos sent when slashing of the block was required. Karen was matter of fact and also positive of getting a good sale for us.
