Professional, patient and supportive^^

Professional, patient and supportive is how I would describe my experience working with Issac, a genuine person whom I hope to make a friend with beyond professional level~ Professional. Aside from his extended knowledge regarding the GC housing market, Issac had been able to clearly communicate all requisites from both parties, in a timely fashion, but most importantly, without any hidden agenda!! TBH, the level of trust had progressively ascended as the transaction progress, thus, making the whole experience remarkable~ Patient. Since this is our first home in Australia, the purchase process is quite different from what we are accustom to, not to mention the various regulations and terminologies!! Issac and his team had closely guided us throughout the process and had ALWAYS promptly responded to our enquires, which definitely eased us up and not feeling at odds! Supportive. Issac had consistently and proactively extended his helping hands to us, which were desperately needed as we don’t have much contacts/resources in the area~ My husband and I feel extremely fortunately to have the opportunity of working with Issac and his team!!
