Understood my situation

Communication, both in the office and at the property, established a good understanding of my expectations and what the company would offer. I was overseas during the period that the rental was advertised and was kept up to date with applications, appraisals and responses. The rental agreement reflected my ongoing contact in the yard development and I was guided as how this should be inserted in the lease. The time to understand where I was coming from impressed me.
