I have nothing but the utmost respect for Janice. I have known her for some years now, as she sold my parents’ place a few years ago and I had made Enquiries with her over the years about what my husband and I needed to do about our own place to sell it. Janice gave us lots of advice about how to prep our house for sale. We did everything she suggested and when we put it on the market, she got it sold in two weeks at a price we were very happy with. She is the most passionate, hard working agent, who goes above and beyond to serve her clients. For example, since the sale, Janice and her team have given so much of their time to advise and coach us on buying a new property (and NOT one that she is selling).
