Used JAS Stephens (Yarraville office} to assist with finding a tenant for our rental property in Newport. From advice on advertising the apartment, open for inspection days, screening of prospective tenants and weekly rent rates for the area, Jas Stephens, namely Anna, took care of it all. We were constantly being kept up to date with the progress of finding a suitable tenant. This was achieved successfully and lease was drawn up according to legal guideline requirements.
