Happiness is when you let the Professionals do it!

Stephanie Knight is our gold star property manager…. But is this the very best term we can apply to a superior, senior practitioner, delivering expert, on point, specialist advice and set of actions when it comes to managing a property? I suggest not! Case in point – our last tenant left without communicating any intention to end their lease and yet, within 2 days, we had a new tenant- one of 22 applicants – all of whom were high if not solid standard tenants. Stephanie did all of that. For her to wade through applications, summarise them all using great quality measures so that we could quickly choose - and do it so quickly - well that takes quality professional insight amd skills.
