We have found our dealings with Jas Stephen’s to be excellent. They communicate regularly and clearly and keep you informed of all issues and respond with 24 hours to all queries. Stephanie has been exceptional with detail reporting and advise on maintenance as well as regular inspection report with details including photos of state of property and communication with Tennants. Having other rental properties managed by other agents we have found our experience with Jas Stephens to be one of the best.
