Barclay - change over of renters

Our property manager Anna was fantastic when our long standing renters gave notice, and we wanted to source new renters. Anna managed the whole change over process, which included advertising, transition outfit the premises, suggested improvements, and so on. The new tenants negotiated the proposed asking rent, Anna mediated this successfully.
