Fast leasing, but could work a little on communication.

Very knowledgable on local markets, and follow up with them has always been prompt. Very friendly. Managed to lease out our house very quickly, and this side of the process has been seamless and well managed. We are very happy. The only frustrating thing is that there was very little communication about how the process of letting out a property would go once we signed on - it took a lot of backwards and forwards to figure out how they were scheduling the inspections and what the expectations were for us as landlords. There has also been a bit of back and forth where we have supplied answers to specific questions in writing, only to have the property manager reply asking for the exact answers we had just given. Not sure if that is an issue with their whole agency, or if our particular property manager is just very busy.
