•Right from my very first conversation with Patrick I felt he was interested and engaging in discussions with me. We had our loan pre approved so purchase is subject to the final valuation and hence we were nervous about buying at an auction given there were no cooling of periods. Patrick took time to understand the concern and talked me through the process and I felt comfortable to proceed. My wife and I only commenced our research 7 days before the auction and we had liked the place but were put off because of the auction and we had little to no time to get a building report done and contract reviewed. We viewed a bunch of places but kept coming back to this one. In the end following our discussions with Patrick, our mortgage broker, conveyancer and sourced a building report we decided to attend the auction. My wife viewed the property the day before the auction, I flew down from Sydney that night, viewed the property 30 minutes before the auction and we ended up being the winning bidder. Patricks knowledge of the area and the building was outstanding and he was very responsive to all our questions given we really only made the decision to participate in the auction 48 hours before hand. I would highly recommend Patrick to any prospective buyer.
I don’t consider Patrick as just a real estate agent. We felt listened to and respected and Patrick quickly became a trusted adviser in what I consider a very stressful process. He kept us up to date at all times throughout the campaign; knows the area and market forces really well; continuously communicated realist expectations; worked tirelessly with all the interested parties and on auction day was well rehearsed and personable.
