Patrick was great to deal with from beginning to end. He made a stressful experience much easier with his clear communication and obvious expertise. At the beginning of the campaign he made several recommendations which were right on the money and which made a difference to the final result. He helped me organise contractors to complete some work that needed doing and then followed up to make sure they had done it as promised. Throughout the campaign he kept me fully informed without being hassled or prompted. I really felt like he was running the campaign himself, energetically and proactively. He was just prompt, professional, efficient and super easy to work with. He did a great job on auction day - very invested in getting a good result for me. I never felt pressured or stressed by him - he was just positive and supportive. He knows his stuff - he was able to deal with a couple of curve-balls professionally - and he’s obviously good at building rapport with potential buyers. I couldn’t fault the way he handled the process from beginning to end. I would (and will!) highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell property in the inner west.
