Highly-Experienced, Responsive, and Great to Deal With

As a first-home buyer, I really appreciated being given the opportunity to make an attractive offer to the vendor off-market; it was a rare and fortunate chance to secure a home we love. Throughout the process, Tate was responsive, pragmatic and easy to deal with which made coordinating the contract and arranging a building inspection at short notice a pleasant, straightforward and efficient process. Tate's extensive experience also showed during the contracting phase, and that gave me confidence navigating what was a new process for me. There was a late change to the commercial terms during negotiations which was a bit challenging for us, but overall we were able to work through them constructively. I understand an agent acts for the vendor, and in that context he represented his client effectively while keeping communication open. I'm grateful for the opportunity and the professional way the transaction was handled, and appreciated Tate's friendly and down-to-earth manner.
