Forget The Rest - Jason's The Best

Auction day wasn't the first time we had observed Jason in action. Having attended auctions prior to the sale of our home to get a feel for the market, we knew we were in good hands. As far as we were concerned, there was no comparison to other auctioneers. There are competant auctioneers and then there is Jason. As a casual observer of auctions, we have observed some auctioneers from other agencies who appear to just go through the motions, dictating terms to potential buyers and even putting off potential buyers by their gruff demeanour and (in our view) refusing to accept reasonable bids. Jason was outstanding in his approach at our auction. He was engaging and enthusiastic with the crowd, and clearly knows the area. We had great interest in the property (through the hard work of Pierre, our outstanding agent), with 80 plus people in attendance. Jason let the bidders dictate the auction, yet there was no mistake he was still in complete control of the show. The crowd were the orchestra and Jason the conductor. He kept it light hearted and drew quite a few laughs where appropriate, but was completely professional at all times. He definitely knows how to read a crowd and his style kept the momentum going. Momentum was key and Jason nailed that element. The best way we can describe the manner in which he conducted the auction was that he kept it "tight" and that it just "rolled"...smoothly. Pre auction he filled us on on everything we needed to know and post auction kept us held our hands through the process. The best advice I can give about Jason is see for yourself. Professional, Straight Shooter - Knows His "Patch"

Of the four agents we had lined up, there was no need to look any further once we met Pierre. From the moment we had contacted agents, Pierre got onto us immediately, as opposed to the other agents, two of whom contacted us well beyond 24 hours later, and one not at all. It was clear Pierre was enthused, knew the area, knew the market and gave realistic advice and expectations from the get go. We were impressed with his professionalism, punctuality, promptness and always keeping us updated and appraised. In a stressful environment, he kept us cool and there was never any pressure from his side. We particularly appreciated his honesty and there was never any sugar coating or b.s. A straight shooter. He clearly worked hard for us, clearly kept in contact with the potential buyers, and auction day in Tullamarine was something else. We had a crowd of 80 plus people, multiple bidders and sold $66,000 above reserve which exceeded all expectations. I have absolutely no doubt that the interest in the property and the result was due to Pierre's dedication to us - the vendors, as well as the buyers. Having attended many auctions ourselves in preparation for our sale, I can say hand on heart, no other agency could compare to Pierre and his team at Jason Real Estate.
