He communicated everything with me in real time and in person. He was available for questions that popped up during the evening at home. No matter if 8pm or 7am on a Saturday. He was available. From the moment we met Jazz and his colleague Nick we knew we were in great hands. We were provided with feedback on our home and presented with a comprehensive plan to market and sell our home. We love our home and Jazz and his team took great care in articulating the attributes of what makes our home so remarkable. Once we signed on, we were immediately included in a WhatsApp group so we had complete visibility over the marketing process, launch and the inspection schedule. The photographer and video team created an enticing pictorial of our home, room by room capturing amazing shots as well as a video featuring Jazz and Nick. The video was really impressive and the acting superb. Jazz got our attention when we saw the effort he was putting to list my neighbor's property for rent. We did a bit of research and noticed he achieved above market sales price for a well presented property in my area. When we approached Jazz with our intention to sell our property he did a very realistic valuation based on comparable sales and location. He gave us creative ideas on things we can improve to make the house appealing to more buyers without much capital expenditure. Also he emphasised on the importance of timing of launching the property in market after the COVID 19 lockdown restrictions are lifted. Based on the size and location of our property, he came up with a marketing strategy targeting particular buyers. He was very particular about ensuring the marketing video and photos capture all positive things about the property. We were quite impressed by his efforts in this aspect. Jazz advised us to go ahead with a private sale campaign and successfully managed to secure multiple offers for the property in the first week itself. He negotiated between the buyers to create competition and at the end he got us more than what he promised us. He kept us informed throughout the negotiation process and helped us to choose the right offer from the right buyer. We are very pleased with the outcome Jazz got us.
