I am pretty happy with Jeff Jone's services, particularly from Marie. She recommended what need to be prepared /improved with the house prior to renting out, obviously she knows what the popular amenities (eg. full enclosed fence, air conditioners) are to be included. I am also happy with Marie organised painting and cleaning immediately after my request. Then almost straight after the ad was on, a suitable tenant applied and approved. This couldn't have done without Jeff Jone's support. Thanks Marie and the team!
