The application process was easy, we were kept up to date with the progress and after we wee shortlisted we requested a morning inspection if possible due to work commitments and they came through with that promptly. Since having our application accepted we have also been kept up to date with everything and the paperwork was easy with electronic signatures being used. Nathan has been very polite on the phone and has answered any questions and requests we have had along the way, looking forward to continuing a good relationship with them during our tenancy.
