Efficient and speedy re-letting

When the last good tenant, as selected by Hocking Stuart, had to break lease for personal reasons, I was a bit concerned that re-letting would take a while as notice was given just before Easter. However, Nathan moved very quickly to hold a viewing, and select the last possible new tenants. As I am a long distance owner, I appreciate that he has also kept me in on the process, and trust the final choice of new tenant.
