Ticks all round

My boys and I were looking for a new rental for weeks. Then we saw a dream home that we could be happy in. We booked and attend the 4.45pm inspection and in just over 12hrs, got the call we had secured the property. We moved in, did the condition report and everything that needed fixing urgently was done without hestiation and in a timely matter (unlike our previous rental where we had been waiting 2yrs for some repairs). A big shout out to Nathan our property manager. Big on communication and transparency. Thank you Jellis Craig Ballarat.... we intend to stay loyal customers :)
