We had the pleasure of having Rob market and sell our property in Ormond. We were particularly pleased to receive feedback from Rob after each inspection and this was usually given within an hour or less of the inspection close. We were given the number of parties that inspected the property, their interest and whether they may have been potential buyers. This enabled us to gauge whether the selling campaign was effective and gave us confidence that the property was being targeted to a specific set of buyers and that it would sell. A pre-auction meeting had confirmed that HockingStuart's marketing and Rob's follow-up of potential buyers was on target - we were advised that there were at least 4 to 5 interested parties who would actively bid at the auction. Our property was sold on the auction day for a sum that was in excess of the reserve. Rob's confidence that the property would sell was proved correct.
