As a first time seller the information and work put into the sale cannot be questioned.Andrew made it clear for me to understand the process involved and what was required from me and alleviated any concerns from the initial inspection of the property and planning stage right through to the sale of the property. I was always notified of the results of the open house inspections shortly after they were complete and was given a run down of progress. The day of the sale was very nerve racking but the professionalism of Andrew and his staff were outstanding and to sell the property on the day for a great price and such a quick turn around from the initial inspection.
