In preparing to sell our Templestowe home of 20 years, we were initially drawn to using the services of a vendor's advocate. We subsequently decided NOT to use an advocate, and on many occasions during the selling process we were of the view this decision was vindicated, as with every step we felt completely comfortable and trusted Dallas to the fullest. Throughout the process, communication with Dallas and his team was open, honest and on a basis of trust and confidence. We were particularly impressed with the method and process pursued by Dallas and Jellis Craig, and we were always of the feeling that we were in control, while supported by an experienced and attentive group of professionals. In providing the above comments, we are conscious that the price we achieved for our property was less than our expectations - the outcome was however acceptable and reasonable in the prevailing market and due to the efforts of Dallas and his team. We are very appreciative of the way in which the sale process was planned, handled and executed, and are happy with the outcome we have achieved. In addition, Dallas has continued to provide us with valuable support and advice even after the sale has been completed, something we appreciate greatly.
