I'd highly recommend Sam

I have both bought and sold with Sam on several occasions over the last 15-plus years. The recent sale was by far the most challenging as it was a dual vendor sale and the other vendor was somewhat naive and to say the least, difficult! Couple that with a declining market for 'renovators' dreams' and rising interest rates and I think I gave Sam quite a challenge. He once again lived up to expectations & got a great result on the day given the circumstances. As always, I'd highly recommend Sam for his knowledge and professionalism.
