Removed the Worry and Stress of Selling!

I interviewed a number of local agents and chose Matthew as he was able to demonstrate superior selling and negotiation skills - something I found lacking in the other agents. I was also impressed with the 'team' approach of the Chisholm and Gamon offices giving them greater reach to buyers than other local agencies. Matthew actively sought out buyers rather than waiting for them to come to him and always made himself available communicating regularly and honestly and providing me with the information I needed even if it wasn't always something I wanted to hear. Matthew's dependable and approachable manner really took the worry and stress out of selling my home and his negotiation skills led to a successful sale beyond my expectations.
