A GREAT result this past Saturday from Sam Gamon and the Chisholm & Gamon team in selling our Elwood apartment. From the time Sam sat down in our home and gave us his thoughts and ideas for the listing and time frames, to the final drop of the hammer there was nothing that wasn’t A+ on any level. Sam referring us to John at TSS as contractors certainly made our lives easy in preparing the apartment for sale. Over the marketing period he and his team consisting of Rhianna Hoyle and several others kept us in CONSTANT contact of: Progress, interest, critiques, and feedback, and never once—EVER—did he fall into a trap of overestimating interest and ‘hyping us up’ to make us overconfident as to what could happen on auction day, which is always a gamble. He felt the ultimate goal was to get as many parties together on that day so there was a choice in potential buyers regardless of the outcome. We feel that Sam’s commitment to success and excellence on every level is worth sharing because it’s such a rarity these days, and the exception to the rule, and worth noting when you’re making one of the bigger decisions of your life. That icing on the cake is that Sam’s exuberance and overwhelming likability and excitement coupled with his passion makes it a joy to work with him.
