An exceptional agent

I met Justin when my wife and I were starting to look around for a larger and more modern property in the North Fitzroy and surrounds area. Without being 'pushy' he introduced himself and engaged us in conversation about what we were looking for and then proceeded to be proactive in suggesting properties to view. He was patient with us as we were keen to find the right property rather than one that would be just OK. He even referred us to a property that was to be listed by another agent where he had a relationship with the owner (rental) - the property that we eventually bought. His level of service to us as purchasers was exceptional which placed him as the front runner for our own sale on the basis that our potential buyers would also receive a similar dedicated service (despite the fact that while Jellis Craig were a player in the local market they were not the most dominate agency). We chose Justin to lead our sale and he once again provided great advice, service and a very solid campaign in a softening market resulting in a sale result that matched our expectations. I would use Justin again without any hesitation and firmly recommend his services.
